The legacy portal accounts associated with Diskeeper®, V-locity®, SSDkeeper®, and Undelete® perpetual licenses have been retired.
Multiple email notifications were sent to all customers, and a notice was also posted on our website, advising customers to log in to their legacy portal account to download the latest version of Diskeeper, V-locity, SSDkeeper, or Undelete along with the corresponding license files. If you haven’t saved your products and licenses as instructed and require assistance, please reach out to our Customer Support team.

All of our subscriptions require an annual commitment. If purchasing from our online store with a credit card, you have the option to pay monthly or annually.
You will have to uninstall the previous installation of Diskeeper, V-locity, or SSDkeeper first before installing DymaxIO. If you are running Diskeeper 18 or V-locity 7, then no reboot is required to uninstall. Previous version require a reboot to uninstall. The installation of DymaxIO does not require a reboot.
