We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in U.S. dollars. Most non-U.S. credit cards are processed without issue, though your bank may apply additional currency exchange fees.

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank for details. If the issue persists, reach out to our sales team.

PayPal and ACH bank transfers are not available at checkout. However, if you’re unable to complete your purchase with a credit card and need to use PayPal or ACH, please contact sales.

Once your order is complete:

  1. Access Your Software & License Key:
    – You will be directed to your online account, where you can download your software and access your license key.
    – You will also receive an email with your order details, followed by a separate email with quick start instructions.
  2. Downloading Your Software:
    – Log in to your online account.
    – Navigate to Downloads.
    – Click the appropriate download link.
    – Save the zip file to your computer.
  3. Retrieving Your License Key:
    – Go to Subscriptions & LIC Keys.
    – Select your subscription.
    – Scroll down to locate your license key.
  4. Account Creation:
    – If you are a new customer, an account will be created using the email address from your purchase.
    – If you already have an account, your software and license key will be added to your existing account, provided the same email address was used.

  • Online Purchases: Once your order is complete, your software and license key will be available for immediate download in your online account.
  • Reseller or Condusiv Account Manager Purchases: Your software and license key will be added to your online account. You will receive an email with instructions on how to log in and access them as soon as they are ready.

  • Online Store Purchase: Log in to your account and go to Orders to view your receipt/invoice.
  • Reseller Purchase: Contact your reseller for your receipt/invoice.
  • Condusiv Account Manager Purchase: Your receipt/invoice was sent to you via email.

Any charge from Condusiv Technologies for products purchased will be displayed as “Condusiv Technologies” on your credit card or bank statement. If you still have questions about a credit/debit card charge, contact us.

Data Protection and Security

We use an industry standard encryption to secure all of your personal and billing information. All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. You can tell that SSL is activated if you see a lock to the right of the URL in Internet Explorer and to the left in Google Chrome. In Mozilla Firefox, if you hover over “condusiv.com” to the left of the URL the security verification will show. You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with “https:”.

We take stringent precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
