If a customer who’s trying to pay you with a credit card that has an address located outside the United States, they may have a ZIP code (or Province code) that includes characters that doesn’t meet the U.S. 5 digit standard.
In most cases the international card holder is provided with information by the card issuing entity regarding how to process in the United States when they are presented with this situation.
For transactions that have problems due to such a zip code situation, the customer should contact the card issuing bank to determine if there are options for using their international card with U.S. based businesses that require a 5-digit numeric zip code.
Our credit card processing company doesn’t utilize an alphanumeric zip code field. It’s up to the credit card holder in conjunction with their credit card issuing bank, to provide credit card information that would be compatible in the U.S. for processing.
If the International credit card cannot be used, another form of payment will be required. If this happens, please contact sales.
Once your order is complete, you will be sent to your online account where you will be able to download your software when it is available. We will also send you an email with your order information.
A new account will be created at the time of your purchase using the email address from your purchase. If you already have an account, your software will be added to your existing account based on the email address used during your purchase.
If you have submitted your order with a PO number, someone on our Sales team will get back to you after verifying your PO and credit approval. Your licenses will be delivered upon verification.
Our software is now available exclusively via electronic software download through the online store. We are no longer selling CDs online. However, we will save a back-up copy of your software for 6 months after the release of DymaxIO. in your Condusiv Account that we create for you at the time of your purchase. Just go to your Condusiv Account and login to re-download and install your software. You may also create your own back-up CD. The files that should be saved to a CD are TW30Diskeeper18EditionType.exe & EditionType.DAL where EditionType may be Home, Professional, or Server. These files should have been downloaded and saved to a location that you specified.
You can upgrade from the last two version of the products. Customers with current Upgrade Assurance or Maintenance agreements can upgrade to DymaxIO at no charge by logging into your online customer account. If you do not have a current Upgrade Assurance or Maintenance agreement, you can purchase a subscription online.
Customers with current Maintenance or Upgrade Assurance contracts are eligible for a free upgrade to new DymaxIO. Log in to your online customer account.
If you do not have a current Maintenance or Upgrade Assurance contract, you can purchase a subscription to new DymaxIO easily online, from your favorite reseller, or contact your Condusiv Account Manager.
With the release of Diskeeper 12 and above, all editions include HyperFast® solid state drive optimizer so you no longer need to purchase an additional add-on if you have a Solid State Drive (SSD). The HyperFast feature will only be enabled when an SSD is present.
A Solid State Drive (SSD) is a data storage device that uses solid-state memory to store persistent data. An SSD emulates a hard disk drive interface, thus easily replacing it in most applications.

We accept US dollar. You can still make a purchase online from anywhere in the world using your credit card. Your credit card company may charge you for any additional currency exchange rates incurred.
If you purchased through the online store, login to your account and click on Orders to see your receipt/invoice. If you purchased through your reseller, please contact your reseller for your receipt/invoice. If you purchased through your Condusiv Account Manager, your receipt/invoice was sent via email.
Any charge from Condusiv Technologies for products purchased will be displayed as “Condusiv Technologies” on your credit card or bank statement. If you still have questions about a credit/debit card charge, submit a Customer Service Request.
Several reasons may have caused the payment for your order to be declined.

PayPal payment: Due to a lack of feedback from a third party, such as your bank, your payment could not be confirmed.
Condusiv Technologies stands behind its products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your software purchase, simply request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the software purchase price. Open a support ticket to request a refund.
All software purchased online is delivered via electronic software download after order confirmation.
Once your order is confirmed, you will get an online receipt and an email receipt. Both receipts will include your Condusiv Account login information and a link to either download your software now or access your Condusiv Account to download your software.
You should receive an email with a link by which you can download an executable direct to your machine. You may also receive an email with instructions to log into your Condusiv Account. In either case, you will be able to use these links to download and installation file direct to your system.
