Thanks Paul. I sent you an email to dig into this further.
Hi Terry,
Your account page should have it listed. Emails have been semt – but perhaps blocked/marked as spam?

Any news on when the emails or Diskkeeper accounts will upgraded for DK 2010? I’ve been waiting but still have not received any coorespondance…
Hmm – still has that nasty bug where virtual machines self-destruct during compact when a background defragger (like Diskeeper) is active and is coincidentally working on the virtual disk files. Must remember to deactivate defragging when compacting, but would be nice if this were fixed (and if there was an easier way to recover the damaged machine without restoring from backup and starting again).
Thank you Diskeeper for making 2010 Home edition compatible with Windows 7 Professional. I was quite upset when I found out that 2009 Home wouldn’t work, but all is good now and you kept a paying customer. Keep up the good work.
Expect a maintenance notification within the next two days if you haven’t received it yet. You can always check your Online Account page, to see if it has been posted (e.g. in case the email may have been blocked).
A Release Candidate of Admin will be made available to Maintenance customers. It is complete except for some UI enhancements to improve usability. Those enhancements should be ready in 2-3 weeks.
Thanks for your perspective Paul. We agree that simplification is a major objective for a future UI.
"There are some UI changes, but not an overhaul. Perhaps with v2011, we’ll make some major UI changes."
Desperately needed () – with 2009 it’s as if the designer couldn’t choose a specific design technique and did all possible design options at once, creating a conflicting mass of confusing pop-ups and function duplication that does not fit into any reasonable screen size. It could easily be made much simpler and compact with losing any information or functionality. It would also be much easier for your team to maintain as well (not having to repeat functionality all over the place – implement once, test once, debug once).
I have a maintenance agreement also…the email is not arriving in my inbox. Any ideas when you’ll send me the links?
I have renewed my maintenance but I am not getting any email about Diskeeper 2010.
Still waiting for an email.
Any idea when the 2010 Diskeeper Admin will be ready..
Already have the 2010 Server and Workstation version..
Very nice….
Maintenance emails are still going out this week. We won’t release it for sale until we sent all those emails out.

Any news on the emails will be sent for mainteinance contract users and free upgrade? I’ve 2 pc waiting for the try DK 2010
Congratulations Diskeeper, it’s going to be an awesome product for you.
Will Diskeeper 2010 have a brand new UI?
Very nice graphic. I remember when you use to be able to pull those out and use the fridge magnets.
Expect an email later this week. That includes anyone who took advantage of the recent specials (free upgrades to 2010).
Cool! 😀
I have a maintenance agreement. So when do I get to download it?
P.S.: Vista is history. LOL… Windows 7 is [word removed]
Congrats
Any idea when people who bought 1 year maintenance during that offer will be able to download it?
